Dear Parents,
Welcome back!!!! We are ready. Are you? Soon over 500 pairs of shoes will be running through our halls and classrooms and about 60 larger sets of shoes will be hectically running after them as they try to bring out the best those small shoe “occupiers” have to offer. We are excited about what we have in store for you and your children for the next nine months. I hope you share that excitement. Anticipation and excitement is a powerful force that can change the direction of individuals —– of communities —– of the planet. Become part of that force. Make a difference. Make an impact. Because in so doing you offer a great lesson for your children.
It is going to be a fantastic year. Help us brighten up West Seattle. Help us become so bright that we bring light to the rest of our city, our state, our country and our world as we become shining “Beacons to and for others”.
Hopefully you received and have had time to read and think about the little August Newsletter I sent out. There really is a good amount to think about, talk about, and celebrate this year. Make sure you set aside time to come to the Parent meetings this year. I will see you at “Back To School Night”. Remember it is earlier this year.
Drop by sometime. My door is always open.
And remember —– A child enrolled in Holy Rosary School today has a head start on tomorrow!
Thank you for all you do, and thank you for all you are about to do!!!!!!
George Hofbauer, Principal
